Tydajer Enterprises was founded in 2001 by Jonathan Medwin, Esq.  Mr. Medwin graduated from UC Berkley, Yale Graduate School and Yale Law School.  His academic studies emphasized the use of quantitative analysis including multivariate statistical analysis and computer modeling, to analyze efficacy of social policy.  At Yale Law School, he was one of the original researchers ,evaluating the Federal Sentencing Commission Guidelines efficacy in accomplishing policy goals of fair sentencing across the federal judicial system.   To this day, quantitative analysis is a skill set that has served Mr. Medwin well in his professional endeavors.  Following his academic studies and joining the California State Bar, Mr. Medwin began his legal career practicing Entertainment Law at a prominent Los Angeles Entertainment Law Firm.  Mr. Medwin ultimately founded The Medwin Law Firm in Beverly Hills, a firm specializing in Entertainment Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury.

 

Mr Medwin has had a long standing interest in Real Estate. Working along side several prominent real estate investors as an attorney,  Mr. Medwin acquired a very practical and rigorous introduction to Real Estate investment.  This work, along with Mr. Medwin's quantitative analysis background, ultimately let to the founding of Tydajer Enterprises.
